TEAM OFFSITES AND RETREATS

When you bring your leadership team together, the time should lead somewhere.

I design and facilitate team offsites and retreats around the real work your organization needs to accomplish. That might mean aligning around a new strategic direction, creating a multi-year plan, navigating organizational change, clarifying roles and decision-making, strengthening how a leadership team works together, or getting a group aligned around priorities and what happens next.

The work begins before we enter the room. I meet with key stakeholders, gather input from participants when useful, and identify the questions, tensions, and decisions that need to be addressed. From there, I design a highly structured, interactive agenda that moves the group from discussion to alignment and action.

During the retreat, I facilitate the conversations that need to happen, make sure different voices are heard, keep the group focused when competing issues emerge, and help turn ideas into clear decisions, priorities, ownership, and next steps.

Every engagement is designed around the organization, the people in the room, and what needs to be different when they leave.

Organizations I've Partnered With

My role as a facilitator is to create the structure that allows the right conversations to happen, the important issues to surface, and a group to move from different perspectives toward shared decisions.
