COACHING WITH ANDREA PCC

Coaching for the Moments That Matter

There are times in your career when the way forward isn't obvious.

You may be questioning a job that's no longer a fit, navigating a difficult manager, recovering from burnout, considering a career change, stepping into leadership, or trying to make an important decision with lasting consequences.

You don't have to figure it out alone.

Coaching gives you a confidential space to think clearly, untangle complexity, challenge assumptions, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.

Many of my clients choose to pay for coaching themselves because they want complete confidentiality and the freedom to explore what's really on their mind. Others are sponsored by their organizations to strengthen their leadership, navigate change, or prepare for what's next.

I work with:

  • Leaders navigating the complexity of managing people and influencing organizations.

  • Professionals who feel stuck, burned out, or ready for a meaningful career change.

  • Entrepreneurs and founders making high-stakes decisions while building something that matters.

  • People who know they're capable of more but aren't yet sure how to get there.

You bring your questions, your uncertainty, your ambitions, and your frustrations. Together, we'll make sense of what's happening, uncover new possibilities, and create a way forward that feels both practical and authentic.

What it's Like to Work With Me

Every coaching relationship begins with a conversation.

We'll talk about what's bringing you to coaching, what you hope will be different, and what success would look like for you. Together, we'll decide what makes the most sense for your situation, your goals, and your budget. I don't believe everyone needs the same frequency of coaching or should be locked into a package that doesn't fit.

As we work together, I'll keep track of your goals, the themes that emerge, and the progress you're making. We'll check in regularly to make sure our work continues to reflect what you need. Sometimes your goals stay exactly the same. Just as often, they evolve as new possibilities emerge and your thinking becomes clearer.

Between sessions, you're welcome to reach out if something important comes up. If you're preparing for a difficult conversation, facing a decision, or simply need a sounding board, you don't have to wait until our next appointment. If I know of an article, exercise, framework, or resource that could help, I'll send it your way.

Over the years, I've built a large library of professional coaching tools, leadership exercises, and development resources created by respected experts in the field. When they're useful, I'll recommend them. When they're not, we won't use them. Every resource is chosen because it supports your goals, not because it checks a box.

I also use assessments when they can provide meaningful insight. I'm certified in DiSC and have extensive experience working with MBTI, Hogan, Insights Discovery, the Enneagram, and 360-degree feedback tools. They're never the coaching. They're simply another way of deepening self-awareness and expanding your options.

Like any meaningful partnership, coaching works best when both of us are fully engaged. I'll bring my experience, curiosity, honesty, and full attention to every session. I ask that you bring openness, a willingness to reflect, and a commitment to experimenting with new ways of thinking and acting. The more you invest in the process, the more you'll get from it.

Above all, this is your coaching. My role isn't to steer you toward my agenda. It's to help you make meaningful progress toward yours, even as that vision evolves over time.

Coaching is a professional relationship, but it's also a human one. I bring experience, warmth, curiosity, genuine care, and a healthy sense of humor to every conversation.

Andrea is an exceptional coach and has had a transformative effect on me as a leader. We’ve worked together for several years and she’s helped coach and guide me through major career shifts, growth, challenges, and changes. Andrea is the kind of coach who takes the time to understand you entirely as a person, hone in on your motivators and weak spots, and help you see more of your potential than you thought possible. Whether it’s working through a work challenge, hard conversation, or longer term existential questions around what I wanted out of life, Andrea showed up consistently - incisive and insightful in honing in on a problem/opportunity/insight that I wouldn’t have identified myself, and concrete and tangible in her suggestions of paths forward. With Andrea, I’ve grown from a manager to an executive and credit her with helping me hone many of my leadership skills. Andrea is a coach I’ve now recommended to dozens of friends and mentees, and I’m excited to continue working with her for many more years.

I would highly recommend Andrea as a professional coach. Andrea helped me navigate a successful career transition from the venture capital world to the operating world. She was a great sounding board and helped me see a lot of blind spots. Andrea is kind, compassionate and very responsive. I don't think I'd be where I am today without her guidance and support. I'm very glad I partnered with her and I would highly encourage others to work with her.

Andrea was a great career coach for me when I was feeling some "career angst". She helped me recognize what was most important to me in a work place. When I decided to change jobs, she helped me update my resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, and prepped me for the arduous interview process. She also offered other tips to success including how to tap into my professional network. With Andrea's coaching, I got an amazing offer from a company that I believe more closely aligns with my work style and values. I appreciated her direct and applicable feedback, and would recommend her as a coach to those seeking to make a change, but not knowing how to make the necessary next steps

“Where insight meets action. Together we cut through the noise and make space for bold, thoughtful next steps.”
