What Coaching Looks Like
I've been coaching since 2004—long before coaching became a buzzword. Over the past two decades, I've worked with hundreds of professionals across industries, roles, and stages of leadership. I bring a deep understanding of human behavior and how context, personality, and power dynamics shape the way people show up at work.
Clients often tell me I have an immediate grasp of what’s really going on—beneath the surface of the situation. That ability to quickly understand the dynamics at play is a big part of what makes this work effective.
