ABOUT ANDREA

Executive Coaching for Leadership Growth and Change

I’m an executive coach with more than twenty years of experience helping leaders make clear decisions, communicate with confidence, and stay grounded through uncertainty and change. My clients include senior leaders in fast-moving environments, entrepreneurs building new ventures, and professionals defining the next chapter of their career.

My work focuses on the human side of leadership—how people adapt, build resilience, and lead with integrity when the demands increase and the path ahead is unclear.

I’ve coached leaders across the tech industry and beyond, including at Google, Facebook, Cisco, Uber, Thumbtack, Salesforce, Dropbox, and Kaiser Permanente, as well as founders and small business owners building toward their vision.

With deep roots in the Bay Area and three decades of living and working in France, I bring a cross-cultural perspective and a practical approach to leadership development. I specialize in burnout prevention and recovery, executive presence, decision-making in complex environments, leading through organizational change, high-performing teams, and career transitions.

Based in Boulder, Colorado, I offer one-on-one coaching, leadership facilitation, and custom team sessions. I also lead Collective Canvas, a guided collaborative art experience designed for offsites and milestone events—bringing teams together through creativity, shared reflection, and a finished work of art.

STRETCH BEYOND WHAT'S COMFORTABLE

STRETCH BEYOND WHAT'S COMFORTABLE

I believe meaningful change often starts when we realize we might be in our own way—without even knowing it. The patterns that keep us stuck are usually hidden in plain sight, embedded in how we think, what we avoid, or what we’ve told ourselves is “just the way things are.”

My coaching is about making those patterns visible so you can do something different—something better. I don’t believe in waiting around for things to shift. I believe in stretching for more, and building the clarity and capacity to pursue what actually matters to you.

This is not magical thinking.

It’s deep observation, clear strategy, and targeted, consistent action.

I work with people who are ready to aim higher—who are done being complacent or overwhelmed and want to move forward with more precision, honesty, and momentum.
