Peer circles are small, curated groups of professionals who meet regularly for structured coaching and reflection. Groups are intentionally composed of high-achieving, thoughtful individuals—vetted to ensure that each participant brings depth, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. These sessions are especially valuable for people facing similar challenges, building something ambitious, or feeling the absence of a supportive, strategic network.

Networking and community are now essential for professional growth in ways they weren't just a few years ago. Peer circles offer a rare opportunity to learn in public, build meaningful connections, and develop your thinking in the company of others who are also committed to progress.

Offsites are custom-designed experiences for teams and leadership groups—built to address the real dynamics, goals, and challenges your team is navigating. These are not one-size-fits-all workshops; each one is crafted with your specific team in mind.

 

Drawing from trusted frameworks like The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni, these sessions help teams surface the patterns that block collaboration and strengthen the foundations of trust, accountability, and performance.

Andrea has led hundreds of offsites—including large-scale culture change initiatives at Airbus—and brings that depth of experience to every engagement.
